What are the hours of the Reception?
During the opening period of Camping Adriatico, the Front Desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
What are the payment methods?
It is possible to make payments in cash (up to a maximum of € 1,999.99 according to Tax Decree 2020 legislation no. 124/2019), by credit or debit card. Only bookings of minimum 7 nights with balance on the day of arrival can be paid with bank checks.
Is it possible to choose the number of the mobile home or pitch in advance?
At the time of booking, you can express a preference regarding the area or the number of mobile home or pitch. At the time of the assignment, your request will be taken into consideration and we will try, when possible, to accommodate it. However, it is not possible to guarantee with absolute certainty the assignment of the desired unit. The number of the mobile home and pitch will be notified only upon your arrival.
Is it possible to arrive a day later than the date booked or leave earlier than the departure date booked?
In case of early departure or late arrival, the booked period must be paid in full.
What happens in case of cancellation/no-show?
The cancellation of your stay must comply with the cancellation policy found in your reservation. In the event of a no-show, by midnight of the scheduled arrival day, the deposit will be retained in full and the reserved accommodation will be available for a new booking.
What time is it possible to occupy the accommodation unit/pitch on the day of arrival?
Accommodations will be made available after 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Pitches will be made available from 12:00 noon. On the day of departure, pitches must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. You will be charged for an additional day of stay at the campsite for departures made after the above times.
Is final cleaning included in the price?
Final cleaning is mandatory, you will find the cost of the service at the end of each quote.
Are vehicles allowed to enter and leave the village at night?
Entry and exit of vehicles from the village is allowed from 07.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. - from 4 p.m. to midnight. It is not possible to leave the village with motor vehicles at night or during the quiet hours (from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.). In case of such a necessity, please leave your car parked outside the facility, in the immediate vicinity of the entrance.
Is it possible to check-out at night?

Are there quiet hours?
Yes, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from midnight to 7 a.m., to ensure a relaxing stay.
Are pets allowed?
Four-legged friends are allowed: an additional fee is required.
Is beach service included in the price of the stay?
For the village, it is included in the services offered (beach equipped with one umbrella, two sunbeds). For stays at the campsite, beach service is not included, but can be requested at the time of booking. Price varies depending on the request and the row occupied.
How far is the accommodation from the sea?
Camping Adriatico is about 40 meters from the sea.
Are there any daily activities available for children? Is there an extra charge?
The activities of mini club and junior club are free of charge and will entertain children from 3 to 17 years old. The service is active from the third Saturday of June until August 31.
Is there a Wi-Fi connection?
Yes, it is available in the common areas, near the Front Desk and at the bar.
How many cars are allowed per accommodation?
Only one car is included per accommodation, a daily additional fee is charged for extra cars.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
Yes, it is possible to rent bicycles directly at the reception desk.
Is the use of the sports fields free of charge?
Use of sports fields is included in the price.
Are there areas equipped for laundry service?
Yes, in the center of the village, where the sanitary facilities are, there is a laundry room with industrial washing machines available for a fee.
Do I have to pay to use hot water showers?
Is it possible to choose Half Board or Full Board at the restaurant?
The restaurant will not offer half board/full board.
Are the mobile homes air-conditioned?
Yes, all mobile homes are air-conditioned.
Are they provided with crockery?
The accommodation units are all equipped with dishes and crockery.
How far is the accommodation from the nearest city center?
We are located in a small town, on the waterfront of Villa Rosa, 300m from the center of Villa Rosa, 600m from Alba Adriatica, 4.4km from the Val Vibrata Shopping Center (near the Val Vibrata highway exit).
Is there a health service available nearby?
2 km from our facility is the health district and emergency medical service for tourists. It is possible to request pediatric examinations privately at our facility. Contact the management.
Is there a security service within the village?
There is 24-hour security service within the facility.
Is it mandatory to wear the identification wristband?
Yes, it is absolutely mandatory to wear it for the safety of our guests.
